Dried Fruit South Africa Competition – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Dried Fruit South Africa (DFSA), a registered representative body for dried fruit producers in South Africa.
2. Eligibility
- This competition is open to South African residents only.
- Entrants must be 18 years or older.
- Employees of DFSA, its affiliates, advertising agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
- To enter, participants must head over to the DFSA website and enter the form.
- Only entries that meet all criteria will be considered valid.
- No responsibility will be accepted for entries not received for any reason.
4. Competition Period
- The competition will run from 4 August - 4 October.
- Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
5. Prizes
- The prize(s) include: Burnt Studio Quilted Tote Bag, Puma Pounce Lite Running Shoes, Hydro Flask Hydration Wide Mouth.
- Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- DFSA reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if required.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
- Winner will be selected at random.
- The winner will be notified via [Instagram direct message/email/phone] within [5] working days of the competition closing.
- If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 48 hours, DFSA reserves the right to select a new winner.
- Winner has 30 days to redeem their prize, DFSA reserves the right to hand over the prize to another participant if the winner has failed to redeem their prize within the given timeframe.
7. Publicity
- By entering the competition, entrants grant DFSA permission to use their name, handle, and entry content for marketing and promotional purposes, without additional compensation.
8. Data Protection
- Personal information provided will only be used for administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
9. General
- DFSA reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time without notice.
- DFSA is not liable for any technical issues, system or software failures, or delays affecting entry or winner notification.
